01

Who we are

Oeuvria, web agency. Address: 3445 boul. Henri-Bourassa Est, Montréal, QC. Contact: contact@oeuvria.com.

02

Data we collect

  • Appointment request: name, email, company name, website (optional) and a description of your need, processed through our booking provider (Cal.com) and a confirmation email (Resend).
  • Analytics: with your consent, Google Analytics 4 sets cookies to measure site usage. No tracker is set before your consent.
  • Free audit tool: your email, the analyzed site's address, its domain, the page language, the date of the request, the analysis result (score, failed checks, response time, page weight, or the failure reason if the site could not be analyzed) and, where applicable, the date the report was sent. The email is the only personal data kept: no IP address, user agent or browsing identifier. Only the Oeuvria team can access this data, from its login-protected admin area.
  • Admin area: strictly necessary authentication cookies (Oeuvria team only).
03

Purposes

Your appointment data is used only to organize and confirm the meeting. Analytics data is used to understand and improve the site. The email entered in the audit tool is used to send you the detailed report for free when you book a discovery call and, at most, for one contact from a member of our team within 6 months of your request. No automatic follow-up, and no follow-up after that period without your express consent. Analyzed sites also help us spot businesses whose site could benefit from our services. Every email we send includes a way to unsubscribe; you can also write to contact@oeuvria.com.

04

Third-party sharing

We use Cal.com (booking), Resend (email delivery, including audit reports), Google Analytics (analytics), Google PageSpeed Insights (performance measurement of sites analyzed by the audit tool) and Supabase (hosting of the database where audits and the unsubscribe register are stored). We never sell your data. Oeuvria reserves the right to act responsibly with the data it collects; any data shared with a third party is considered a transfer of rights governed by this policy.

05

Audit tool: report delivery, limits and unsubscribing

Report delivery. The page shows your score for free; the detailed report, also free, is sent to you by email when you book a call, through Resend. For the performance section, the address of the analyzed page, and only that address, is sent to Google PageSpeed Insights, which measures the page. Your email is never sent to Google. These measurements appear in the report but are not stored in our database.

Sending limits. So that the tool cannot be used to flood an address or to send bulk email, two limits apply, each over the last 24 hours (a rolling period, not a calendar day):

  • at most 5 reports for the same email address;
  • a limited number of reports in total, across all addresses.

When a limit is reached, your site's score is still shown, but no report is sent and nothing is stored for that request: not the site, not the email, not the result. To apply these limits, we collect no additional data: no IP address, no device identifier, no per-visitor counter. They are calculated only from audits already stored.

Unsubscribing. Every report includes a link to unsubscribe. You can also write directly to contact@oeuvria.com. Your request is handled by a member of our team within 10 business days of receipt.

Unsubscribe register. Your address is then added to a register that contains the address, the date it was added, how the request reached us (by email or otherwise) and, if needed, a short note. This register is used only to honour your request: the audit tool no longer sends you any report, and your address is flagged “do not contact” in our admin area, which rules out any follow-up. Only the Oeuvria team can access it. It is kept with no time limit, for as long as needed to honour your request: without it, we could not know that we must no longer write to you.

New audit after unsubscribing. If an unsubscribed address is entered in the tool again, the request is stored like any other (site, result and email) and counts toward the sending limits, but no report is sent and no follow-up is made.

06

Retention

  • Appointment requests and analytics data are retained for 7 years.
  • Free audit tool audits: retained for 24 months from the date of the request, then deleted automatically. Our team can delete them before then, including at your request (see “Your rights”).
  • Unsubscribe register: with no time limit, for as long as needed to honour your request (see section 05).
07

Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data by writing to contact@oeuvria.com. Your applicable rights are governed by Quebec's Law 25 (Commission d'accès à l'information) and PIPEDA (Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada).
