Which offer it applies to
The guarantee applies to our “Websites + lead-capture system” offer (building a new site). It does not apply to SEO/GEO subscriptions or work outside that offer.
When the clock starts
The 15-business-day clock starts once all of the following are in place: (a) the signed agreement, (b) the deposit paid, and (c) the initial content provided (copy, images, logo and domain access). We confirm the start date to you in writing.
The deadline
15 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the confirmed start date.
What is guaranteed
If the site is not put online within the deadline due to us, your deposit is refunded in full. Any work already completed remains yours.
What is not covered
- Delays caused on your side (content, approvals or access provided late): the clock is then paused until the missing items are received.
- Additions or changes requested during the project, outside the scope agreed in the contract.
- Events of force majeure and failures of third-party providers (hosting, domain registrar, payment provider, etc.).
